Foundation Expands Staff

Christine R. Morris and Michele Wiles have joined the staff of The Norfolk Foundation. As a program officer, Morris works with the Foundation’s grantmaking program, including its early education initiative. Wiles, an administrative and development assistant, handles office administration and resource development. In addition, Robin C. Foreman was promoted to program and scholarship officer. She had been the foundation’s administrative assistant. Morris previously was vice president of EDTEC Inc., a Camden, N.J. consulting firm specializing in work with nonprofit organizations. She also has worked as a consultant information specialist with HRN Consulting Group and RAND Corp. She earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree from George Washington University. Wiles was an administrative assistant at First Presbyterian Church in Norfolk. Previously she worked as an administrative assistant at Monumental Meetings Inc. and Connexsys Engineering Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Detroit.
