Angelica D. Light is president and CEO. Before joining the staff in 1999, she worked as an attorney for Norfolk Southern Corporation and Shenandoah Life Insurance Company in Roanoke. At Shenandoah Life she was vice president and general counsel. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association and the Norfolk-Portsmouth Bar Association. She is a graduate of Smith College and the Washington and Lee School of Law. She is a graduate of the CIVIC Leadership Institute.
