Community Funds
The Hampton Roads Community Foundation welcomes gifts of all sizes to its family of Community Funds. These include permanent funds for that provide grants for  the following purposes:
*Arts and culture
*Civic leadership
*Educational achievement
*Environment
*General grantmaking
*Health and human services
*Scholarships
Gifts can be made online  or by sending a check to Hampton Roads Community Foundation, 101 W. Main Street, Suite 4500, Norfolk, VA 23510.

 

We administer six types of endowed funds invested to grow over time while a portion is used each year for grants or scholarships. Your client can create a new named permanent fund with a gift of $25,000 or more. At any time, your client can give any size gift to an existing fund. We charge modest administrative fees for funds.
