SEARCH TIPS:

• The calendar runs from September 2004 through August 2005
  
• Click on an event to get complete, detailed information about that event as well as a listing of other related events.
  
• Category and view button:
  Click on a category, such as dance, then click on view to get a chronological listing of all of that category’s events.
  
• Search button:
  This button allows you to search for certain keywords and information. Enter:
  
  • An arts group’s name -to get a list of all events by a particular arts group
    (Note: Virginia is often abbreviated as Va.)
    
  • Venue or location – to get a list of all events taking place at a particular venue or location
    
  • Try other keywords such as composer, artist, conductor, i.e. Bach, Picasso, Falletta, etc.
    
    
• To take you back to the current monthly calendar, click on “Calendar Home” button at the top.
  
  
• To get information about each arts group, their website, phone number and hours of operation, click on “Arts Groups” button at the top.
  
  
• To get a listing of those generous businesses whose funding helps bring you these arts events, click on “Contributing Businesses” button at the top.
