The Dal Paull Fund was established in 2005 to provide grant support for Little League programs in Hampton Roads. All applicants must be nonprofit organizations. Grants ranging from $500 to $2,500 are awarded annually.

Who is eligible to apply for funding?
Nonprofit Little League programs operating in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) organizations.

• Equipment

• Uniforms

• Capital Improvements

Review Process
The Dal Paull Fund is a donor advised fund of The Norfolk Foundation. The original donor, Dal Paull, will review all application materials. The donor will recommend grant recipients for final approval by The Norfolk Foundation board of directors. All applicants will be notified by December 31 of the results of their requests.
